If, within 24 hours of your booking, you find a better public offer on any other online platform, we will, of course, immediately adjust our offer to match the lower price and confirm it with you.

To claim the guarantee, please do the following

• Send an email to info@nostrahotelsiofok.hu stating that you have found a lower price than those listed on our websites. In the email, include the name and address (URL) of the website offering the lower price, and attach a screenshot of the offer in question.
• Please send your booking code and details, which you finalized on one of our websites no more than 24 hours prior to your notification.

Important!

A basic requirement for claiming the guarantee is that you must have a valid, confirmed room reservation from the hotel’s website.

The lower rate applies under the same booking conditions as those confirmed by us. These conditions are as follows:

• valid for the same hotel
• the arrival and departure dates listed in the reservation must match
• the number of guests and their ages are the same
• the room type and number of rooms are the same
• there is no difference in the quantity or content of other services ordered

The price guarantee does not apply to the following types of rates

• rates available on non-public platforms (club system, corporate, etc.)
• for prices available on auction websites
• when using loyalty points provided by any partner
